Crystaltone Glazes are opaque gloss colors embedded with color crystals that melt spanish ceramics and run during the firing process. Two wide handles on the side facilitate lifting. The cooking surface is nonstick so there are no issues of sticking. Part of the Classic Ceramic Titanium line, this paella pan features a pressure-cast aluminum body to ensure even heating without warping.
